shipping policy
​All orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched same day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
Please note, it is your responsibility should your request result in a failed or lost delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery, the order will be returned to a Royal Mail Depo (local to you) where it will be held until you arrange a new delivery date with the Royal Mail.
